Doowii Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated November 17, 2025

This Doowii Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all access to and use of the Doowii Platform, analytics tools, APIs, AI-powered features, and related systems (collectively, the “Platform”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Doowii Platform Terms of Service (“Terms”), https://www.doowii.io/terms-of-service, and, where applicable, any Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) between Doowii, Inc. (“Doowii”) and the subscribing institution (“Customer”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“End User”) agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access or other remedies available under the Terms or applicable law.

In the event of any conflict between this AUP and an applicable MSA or the Doowii Platform Terms of Service, the terms of the MSA shall control as between Doowii and Customer, followed by the Terms, and then this AUP. For clarity, this AUP imposes additional obligations on End Users and does not limit or reduce any obligations under the MSA or the Terms.
